Two simple policies below — one for the 12-month membership, one for workshops and online sessions.
Membership (The 12-month membership)
Within 7 days of payment
Full refund, no questions asked
Changed your mind in the first week? Email us and we'll return your full payment. You don't need to give us a reason.
Day 8 to the end of Month 1
50% refund
Past the first week but still in your first month, you can claim half your fee back.
After Month 1
No refund
Your cohort seat is committed and held for you. We're unable to refund once the first month has passed.
Any time — medical or bereavement
We carry your seat over
Life happens. If a medical situation or bereavement gets in the way, share documentation with us and we'll carry your seat over to Cohort 2. This is a carry-over, not a cash refund.
Note: The refund window will start from the commencement date of the cohort the user is assigned to.
Workshops & online sessions
There is no refund for online/ offline workshops or sessions.
How to request a refund
Email hello@gulaabiwallet.com with your name, payment date, and the reason for your request. This inbox is our only official channel for refund requests.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, back to your original
payment method.
Fair use & seat cancellation
To keep this a safe and fair space for every woman in the community, we may cancel a seat with no refund if someone:
Shares login or course access with anyone other than herself.
Copies, resells, or redistributes our content in any form.
Behaves abusively toward our team or fellow members.
Uses our service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
In case of dispute, Gulaabi Wallet has the right to decide on the final outcome.
