Gulaabi Wallet is owned and operated by Argent Distributors LLP (referred to in these Terms as "Gulaabi Wallet", "we", "us", or "our"). Our courses and workshops are hosted and delivered through Graphy, a third-party learning platform.
By creating an account, registering for a workshop, enrolling in a course, joining a membership, or otherwise using our services (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Who we are & what these Terms cover
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Gulaabi Wallet website, our content, our offline (in-person) workshops, our online courses, our membership program, and any community spaces we run (including private WhatsApp groups). Together these make up the "Services".
Our Services are designed for women seeking to improve their financial literacy. The information we share is general and educational in nature (see Section 9).
Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. When you register, you agree to give accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
Please tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Each account and each enrollment is personal to you. Accounts, course access, workshop tickets, and memberships may not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to anyone else (see Sections 4 and 6).
Our programs
Offline workshops
Workshop tickets admit one named participant for one scheduled session. Tickets are non- transferable and may not be resold or reassigned. Dates, venues, timings, and facilitators may change; if they do, we will give you reasonable notice.
Online courses
Online courses are delivered through Graphy. Some courses run as time-bound "cohorts" — groups that start and progress together — and a paid place reserves a seat in that cohort. Access is for your personal, individual use only.
Membership
The Gulaabi Wallet membership is purchased as a one-time fee that gives you access to the
included benefits for the stated membership term. The membership is for a fixed, locked-in term and does not renew automatically; if we offer a renewal, we will tell you separately and renewal will be your choice. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy in Section 4. Outside the refund windows set out there, enrolment cannot be cancelled and your place is committed.
Payments, fees & refunds
Fees for workshops, courses, and memberships are payable in full at the time of registration, unless we state otherwise. All fees are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted.
Once the applicable window has passed, your place is committed and the fee is non-refundable, except as set out in the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method; the time to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Offline workshop tickets
Single-session workshop tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a session you have booked, the fee is not refundable.
If we cancel
If we cancel a workshop or course outright (and do not offer a comparable replacement date or cohort), we will offer you a credit or a refund of the fee for that session. This is the limit of our responsibility for a cancelled session.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by Graphy and its third-party payment partners. We do not store your full card or banking details. Any payment-related issue caused by a third-party processor is subject to that provider's terms.
Community guidelines (WhatsApp & other groups)
Some programs include access to a private community, such as a WhatsApp group. These spaces exist to support learning and connection between members. To keep them safe and useful, you agree that you will not:
post content that is offensive, harassing, hateful, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful;
spam the group, or advertise, sell, or solicit products, services, or donations without our written permission;
share other members' personal information, or screenshots of the group, outside the community;
impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
share, copy, or forward Gulaabi Wallet course materials inside or outside the group (see Section 7).
We want every member to add value to the group, and we want this to be the most valuable
community you belong to. We rarely need to, but we reserve the right to moderate, remove content, and remove or refuse access to any member, at any time and at our discretion, to protect the community. We are not responsible for views or advice shared by other members; those are their own and do not reflect ours.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit or post (for example, messages, questions, or
feedback). By posting it, you grant Gulaabi Wallet a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share that content as needed to run and improve the Services. You are solely responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to share it.
Our intellectual property & confidentiality
All course materials and resources we provide — including videos, worksheets, slides, templates, checklists, recordings, written content, and our brand, name, and logo — are the exclusive property of Gulaabi Wallet and are protected by intellectual property law.
Your access is a personal, limited, non-transferable permission to use these materials for your own learning only. You may not copy, download (except where a download is expressly offered), record, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, plagiarise, or commercialise any of our materials, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
Our course content is shared with you in confidence. You agree not to disclose, forward, or make our materials available to any third party, and not to use them for any purpose other than your own learning under these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property rights to you, and no licence is granted beyond the personal access described here.
Sharing or transferring your access, or our materials, is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
Acceptable use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
break any applicable law, or encourage others to;
disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, our systems, or other users' accounts;
upload anything containing a virus or other harmful code;
use the Services to harvest other users' contact or personal details for marketing;
restrict or stop other users from enjoying the Services.
Educational purpose & financial disclaimer
Gulaabi Wallet provides financial education, not financial advice. Everything we share — through our website, workshops, courses, community, and any tools — is general in nature and is for educational and informational purposes only.
Our content does not take into account your individual objectives, financial situation, or needs. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, personal financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any examples, illustrations, or hypotheticals are for explanation only. Past performance is never a reliable indicator of future results.
Before making any financial decision, you should consider whether the information is right for you and seek independent advice from a qualified, licensed professional. You are responsible for your own decisions, and you bear sole responsibility for verifying any information before acting on it.
Gulaabi Wallet is not an intermediary, investment adviser, or research analyst under the applicable SEBI regulations, including the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014. Nothing on our platform should be treated as investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or product. Investments in the securities market are subject to market risk; read all related documents carefully before investing. We are not responsible for any loss arising from decisions you make based on our educational content.
Privacy
We collect and process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, and we use reasonable, industry-standard measures to keep it secure. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how your information is handled.
Third-party platforms & links
Our Services are delivered through Graphy and may include links to other third-party websites or tools. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, or practices. Access to them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any particular result will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulaabi Wallet and its team, partners, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services, or for any decision you make based on our educational
Content.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services unlawfully. On termination, your right to access the Services and any licences granted to you end immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, India.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will let you know by email or through a notice on the platform. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
